Forensic Biologist II
Coral's journey in forensic science began right here at the CFSRE, where she first gained hands-on experience as an undergraduate summer intern. She went on to earn her master's degree in Forensic and Investigative Science from West Virginia University, where her thesis focused on trace DNA recovery. During her time at WVU, Coral also taught forensic biology courses and earned a Certificate in University Teaching.
Today, we're proud to have Coral as part of our CFSRE team, where she teaches in the MS in Forensic Biology program at Thomas Jefferson University. Her dedication to training the next generation of forensic scientists is inspiring, and we're thrilled to see her journey come full circle!
