FMI Student
I’m Gus, an up and coming senior from Science Leadership Academy. Being in the heart of center city Philadelphia, I spend most of my time bouncing around the city. Outside of academics, my biggest passion is distance running. I’ve participated in a myriad of races in the Philadelphia area, with my biggest accomplishment being the 2023 Philadelphia Marathon. When running, I often question why I do it. Still trying to figure that one out. But I can say with confidence that I’ve been able to form amazing friendships through running. I love being outside, whether it be biking, hiking, walking, or just enjoying the vibes. Looking toward the future, I can envision a lot of places. I’ve tried to get closer to a decision through college tours, and summer programs, but that has only expanded my ideas further. Through FMI, I hope that I make forensics one of my many future possibilities!
