Hi! My name is Bella Whetstine! I am a rising senior at Insight PA Cyber Charter Academy. I was born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts before relocating to Pennsylvania. I enjoy volunteering, writing and being active in my school community in the newspaper club and National Honor Society. I love playing with my three shih-tzu puppies. I grew up loving all things STEM and anything that involved a mystery. I was given the opportunity to take a forensic science class my Junior year and I fell completely totally in love with it. I have taken many science classes, and none opened my eyes quite like forensics. I can see myself in the field and know that the research I will one day be doing will change lives and bring closure to families. I am excited to use the skills that I learn at the FMI summer program throughout my career.
